4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, or equipment issues. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to reschedule the service at a convenient time.

5. Liability

We strive to provide safe and careful junk removal and moving services. However, Haul Day Every Day is not responsible for:

Damages caused to property or belongings unless the damage is due to negligence on our part.
Loss of any items that were not specifically noted for removal or moving.
Accidents or damages resulting from unsafe conditions or hazardous materials.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the area where services will be performed is safe and free of hazards. Additionally, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or site access restrictions.

6. Hazardous Materials

Haul Day Every Day does not handle hazardous materials, including but not limited to chemicals, flammable substances, asbestos, and medical waste. It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any hazardous materials on the premises before we begin work.

7. Third-Party Services

In some cases, we may recommend or work alongside third-party service providers (e.g., dumpster rentals, specialized equipment operators). Haul Day Every Day is not responsible for the actions or services provided by these third parties.
